Gentle YogaThursdays 10AM- 11:15AM This series is designed for practitioners who desire a slower more supported asana practice. In our yoga practice we learn to listen to our bodies and grow into our asana with authenticity. Sometimes going deeper into the outer form of a pose doesn't always serve our inner expansion. In this class we will do asana in chairs, supported at the wall and on the floor so that we can experience a great freedom in our practice by acknowledging our bodies exactly where they are. Students with injuries or limitations are welcome- this class will be highly therapeutic and restorative.
