In this class, designed specifically for
beginners, we will focus on the basics of alignment, action, and attitude,
giving each student a strong foundation with which to explore the practice of
yoga. Classes will be both therapeutic and upbeat, instructions will be
clear, and questions will be encouraged.
Cost: 6 week series $75 by February 4th
