AnusaraTM Yoga
In AnusaraTM Yoga we learn to optimally align the body in
each asana (yoga pose) so that we become stronger and more flexible. We replace
limiting body patterns with more healthful and therapeutic ways of walking and
moving. Teachers are knowledgeable and work with you on your specific needs.
AnusaraTM Yoga integrates biomechanics
of movement with inner body awareness and the celebration of the heart. As we
discover and consciously explore more of who we are, we become more playful and
free. Over time, we find that our capacity for compassion, love, and joy
expands.
